Hey rob that mud looks so realistic really goes well on the 152 have you tried using dried tea leaves as mud as it drys it leaves light speckles looks like stones and gravel are in the mud i think it only looks right for fresh cloggy mud tho but just thought you might like to experiment keep up the good work

Hey fellas, thanks for the comments and sorry about the late reply. It's very easy and fun to do. best thing is that when it's this mucky you don't have to go nuts painting and weathering the lower hull. cheers rob

Hi Rob this is a great SBS mate. I have done two muddy models now, and allthough I'm quite happy with the result, yours looks much more convincing. This really looks great, with all those different shades and textures. Very useful!
Cheers

Edi..your welcome my friend
Erik...Hey dude, nice to see you on here, and thanks bro glad you like it
Paul...tank you, and it really is pretty easy. This is actually the first time I added this much muck to a model. The E-75 had less.
Wouts...Good to hear it's useful my friend, thanks why I do the site and this forum, to share what little I know. And thanks.

Seems some account settings have changed in the past 3 years!! LOL! I'm sure the Boss will dig up what he has or share the codes to the new vault where the pictures are hidden soon! For starters, there is a little bit of information on this in a Duel thread here ---> modelerssocialclub.proboards.com/thread/4011/duel-ii-stug-iii-complete Sorry, you might have to click through a few pages but I believe Rob showed some stuff as did I about application. I am sure Rob will dig up what he can for the missing pics here soon too!!

Sorry fellas bout the missing images. Like T said there were some changes on my part which included stopping the use of PB after I installed a plug in on MSC to up load images direct from your pc. I kept maxing out my PB account that I share with my wife, and yes we have the upgraded one.
I will see what I still have on my pc and start or replace the missing images. I will first look the SBS because I now do things a bit different, mainly due to me using mostly acrylics now.
