All quite on the western front. Not much update here, but I build a wagon for the ammunition.
I ordered the RM ammunition set for the Skoda 42 cm, so I´ll have soon same more ammo for my big Girl

This is very impressive, but I'm wondering if having the officer in the front left corner (of the last photo) photographing the troops passing from right to left in front of the gun might work even better?  From the photographer's point of view having a chunk of big machinery in the shot is a standard requirement - think of all those souvenir shots of people sitting/standing on top of a bit of the other guy's K.O.ed kit.  Even for professionals it's a stock shot; I recall my father telling me how he and some friends were hijacked by an official photographer to pose on a knocked-out German tank (in Normandy, I think), despite having had nothing to do with it's destruction - the Royal Army Medical Corps aren't noted for having an anti-tank role...    Similarly, somewhere I have a slide from back in '80s of some friends "crewing" a semi-derelict T-34/85, on an army range in the north of England.

In the first layout the troops were moving from the other side. Then some guys told me, that it would be better if they Comes from the left side, because the gun is pointing at left (front side).
I´ll see what I can do with the soldiers.

Oops!  I should have reviewed the full thread before opening my mouth...  I can see the logic in having the troops moving from left to right in relation to the direction the gun is pointing.  Maybe if you were turn the gun round...    Or you could just ignore the well-meaning but not-so-helpful comments and go with your instincts.  FWIW, I think you had it right first time.

You obviously hand paint all those spots. How do you get the even coverage without blobbing the paint and having brush marks?
