Absolutely true. But I have to say that Eastern European/Russian modellers have another motto. Very often its like "I have something complete!" here in Germany, no matter how it looks like (at least the modeler had fun, and thats all that counts). Regarding the shows: Very elbow-like here. Not the case in Eastern Europe and most probably Russia too. There, its like "We bring something and its AWESOME!", and they have a very lively club atmosphere. What I recognized whats completely different: Its all made for competition and younger modelers arent sponsored/integrated in clubs as much as in Eastern Europe - thats a bit sad, if you ask me. Czech clubs for example have a lot of junior categories etc. - a whole different story and a very good thing. Thats the cause why I try to visit a "Eastern" show more likely than one here (with a few exceptions). Do you have more works? Im really looking forward to them! Дружба.

Lucas, unfortunately, I never was in other countries. It has so developed. I can't compare exhibitions in Russia to exhibitions in other countries. I can share information on the last exhibitions in Russia (the description and photos). Especially as at these exhibitions my pupils (I conduct occupations with children in club) have taken prizes))) Of course, if it is interesting to participants of a forum.... Modelizm unites. Also it isn't dependent on a nationality and the country, it is necessary to remain good human.
Every month at me is in work of 3-7 models/dioramas/miniatures. Now I do four models (Geschuzwagen, F-117 (1/32), Gota G.IV (1/72), a miniature of Berserk 90mm) I paint Mantic Games army (120 figures of 28 mm). All models and figures for customers. Unfortunately, not always it turns out to make a photo. Or photos turn out bad quality. I will look still for good photos

I only learn to paint figures and miniatures. And Screaming Bell was the first fantastic miniature. It is true))

Oddly, when one of those turns up on the table the local wargamers tend to mutter "Clucking Bell!!!" - well, at least it sounds something like that... Cheers, M
