Tried some Gator Glue for the PE screens on my armor, very easy to work with and excess cleans off with water.Seems to be good stuff.I know ship builders use it a lot also

It's become a staple for me with PE parts, I have both the regular and the 'Thin Blend' varieties and use it all the time, often in combination with CA depending on the nature of the PE. It's good stuff for other things as well like canopies on aircraft.

Allene's Tacky White Glue is pretty good too. It's stronger than regular white glue and dries clear. I use it on a lot of parts , metal and plastic.

Funny you should mention this glue for aircraft canopies. I was considering it for the windscreen on my Mig 29, however, I didn't know if it would be strong enough.
