Nice work brother. Other than the box on the rear, this looks very familiar lol.

Despite some of the directions being super challenging, I am seriously considering building another one of these because it was that much of a FUN challenge to build, and the end results are really nice!

I used to think that AFV Club was a Taiwanese shell company fronting for a German model company! Due to the tendency of AFV Club using 3-5 parts when 1-2 would do. You beat it into submission, and it looks real nice!

When I saw this, the first thing I thought was we're in for a new SPG. Then I see it's a work van or mobile repair shop. I never saw one around the M109's I shot, but we did have them at the shooting ranges in the states. The ones we had were pretty much identical to the box art. No winch and a basic O.D. paint job. Another difference from the kit was that they all had automatic transmissions. gary

I never got to see one of these in my service, except outside at a DRMO maybe.

Excellent result Brian! Although I really like this sort of subject, I fear this particular kit would be too fiddly for me.
Can't really see the point of the kit's supplier requesting you remove the thread from MSC - surely it is good publicity?

copying it to here keeps you from going to AMPS website... which makes sense since I am also a member of AMPS and getting more people seeing it there (who gave me the kit in the first place) makes sense.
