Hi, I'm Mike but go by Jagdpanther6. I'm 65, retired from the U.S. ARMY and Civilian life. I've been building models on and off since 1970. I like 1/35 Armor and 1/32 WWII aircraft. I hope to make some new friends here. And learn a few things.

Well hello Mike!! Glad to have you here buddy. Retired from the Army eh? What was your MOS? I spent a total of 14 years in the Army as a 67N for my first 8 years in active Army and then for another 6 in the National Guard as a 63B so I've been around the block a time or two. Looking forward to having you here and seeing your work.

I spent 11 years as an 11C and the next 7 and a half years as a 63T. Retiring in Jan.of 95 with 18 and a half years. I was offered early retirement and took it. I'm mighty glad to be here.

Welcome to MSC Mike. Happy to have another armor modeler around. For some time the car and fly guys seemed to get the upper hand...

Welcome to MSC Mike. I'm new here myself and they're awful friendly here! I'm a retired 11H, and do armor, so I look forward to seeing a build of yours.

Hey Mike, welcome to MSC, we're glad you are here. If you don't mind me asking, how did you find MSC? I found MSC from a fellow member on another model forum who felt the same way I did. That there is no room for Politics or personal attacks for ones beliefs. I see a few familiar faces over here from the other forum. And recognize some of the work also. I went by a different screen name. But I'm really glad to be here. Where Plastic and Glue are Number 1.

There's a LOT of that going around other modeling forums lately, and I won't even go on Facebook modeling groups anymore. World and national politics are at a flashpoint no matter which way you lean. No place for them in modeling. This seems to be a safe place though!

Awesome, another Mike, (that makes at least 400 by now, HA!) and an army guy, (which makes it about 700), and an amor nut, (so that makes that about 900), and a wingy dingy thingy builder ta boot. Shewww, not sure what that count is, but we'll get to that one later.
Glad you're here Mike, Ruck On, BBy, and have fun!
Cheers, Ski.

There's a LOT of staff here to keep an eye on things so they don't get out of hand like you mentioned in your post. The way the staff sees it as well as all the members that are currently here participating......we're here to have fun in the hobby and support one another. Drama free bro.

I'm also from Aussie and I'll echo Deano's questions. You're going to love this site. I'm new too and I'm hooked, although there are a lot of folks who seem to like building shiny things with wheels.
