As the thread title says, all things Soviet built and post WWII.
GB will run from now until the 1st of July 2012. You may enter an already started model as long as it is in the early building stages and not paint ready.
Post a pic of the kit box and sprues before starting so we can see what you've got.

My entry for this GB will be the Trumpeter T-62 in Iraqi markings. Of course mine will be on the rusty side ;D Will take a pic later.

LOL, I've already started on the T-62. I needed something monotoned and pref in a desert color. The T-62 was to be used for a motor comp master, but I will deffinetly buy another for that. Pics coming later.

Besides what I had cut from the sprues last year....haven't really started yet. Had no time today. I'll atleast get the box pic up tomorrow. Looks like we may have a couple more in this GB...

As promised some pics. First the kit box and a shot of the sprues. Like I said, I had only removed a few parts to use in making a master of the motor comp. The only thing I had a chance to do a few days ago was to glue on the front lower hull and rear plate. I also glued the turret upper and lower parts together. This is basically it for now. Will first get the JT done before I continue with this one. Who else is in on this GB ?

Paul I have the old Trump T-62 and might slap that together just to do some experimenting with.
Yeah jackwagon Trumpy is coming out with some really cool stuff this year. The T-62 is one that we will see different versions of. I'm gonna try to get in touch with them sponsor wise.

Hey Thom....I would think any scale is acceptable,as long as you can actually see it((lol)). As for your banner at the bottom, dothey mean 'Naked',as in,'In the Buff',or naked as in not painted? Dicky, get buildin',and send 'em over....(((LOL))))

CB I'll make sure it is not too tiny ~LOL~. It means no paint or decals, as for the buff well I'm hoping none of the builders think it means they do not need to wear clothes to the show......that would be scary gross Cheers, Thom
