Good evening, you gents that are still remotely interested in wingy thingies on this thread,,I have a small update,on my ongoing 'Raider...... The main colour is on,and micro meshed back to smooth, and I've thrown some of the main decs on,to see how they set. The underneathy decs, will be a pain in the butt, and I haven't got any white stencils yet!!! ACCW.....as is the norm, around here!!

Spud, the reason the wingies are in here,is cos when Rob transfered it over from the old site,he slotted KGB in the armour section. The KGB was for anything used during Korea,in any scale, belonging to any of the forces there

Frank just post em here bud. We'll keep this GB going til at least the summer. I think the Korean war is a subject least modeled so it's good to have it going and see more stuff built. As for WWI, I was thinking of just that the other day while watching a documentory.
Ok fellas, I decided to get my M26 built today. I need this one for some rusting stuff so it will be an old korean war veteran. I figured I could prime this when I prime the JT sprockets.

Yep, might try to get some on today...and maybe a dark preshade with Vallejo primer. I'm going for a very faded OD green on this one.

A couple of pics of old Black Jack in primer. I'll give it a base rust color then set it aside until I figure how I want to rust this fella up.

good question Spud....no answer for you tho.
This will be a rust bucket, long after it served in korea. I need some models for rusting so since this was a quicky why not eh.
