The instuructions were fine but I had to drill a couple of holes on the pullies to get the chain to go through. Having said that it didnt mention anything about drilling holes it just seemed the best way to do it .

The kit came with an extra boom in the stored position as a separate part so I cut the end off and glued it to the arm.

Cheers fella's , Boots I am officially addicted to this scale , I can build my favourite tank in many guises without refitting my hobby room lol Paul , yes it came with options which was basically roof mounted MG or not . Kept that in the spares , it has a really nice gun shield and would look better on a Hetzer IMO. Bill... not far away now buddy Deano

Thanks Dicky , yeah I think thats the clincher right there . Good range of subjects and way cheaper in price , the way Dragon are going with thier 1/72 subjects was just too tempting not to try .

Hi fella's I have been have problems with this dio , they were of course made by myself ha ha . Anyhoo I had added pigments and washes to the mud but forgot to seal it .When I added the first snow all the pigments bled through to the surface ................ I have now finally sealed it and added another layer of snow , fingers crossed it will be ok by morning lol Deano

Thank you , when I took this scale on my mindset was to take what I know about 1/35 and apply it to 1/72 . Some of it you can and some of it you cant , there are shortcomings in 1/72 which I am beginning to accept . I am very happy that people like my work , because to honest I thought I would make a right mess of it all . Deano

A good friend of mine does braille scale, so I should be used to it, but I still can't figure out how to achieve such good results on a teenie weenie thing like that...

I think patience is the key to this scale but having said that you do get results faster than 1/35 . In two months I have built five 1/72 kits , I'd be lucky to get a 1/35 kit finished in that time lol .

Top notch stuff, Deano. I tried some 72nd armour last year, but unfortunately the old eyesight wasn't up to it. If it keeps going the way it is, I'll be building 1/16 stuff very soon...

D,that's sweet Dude. I like the lighting also, almost like an overcast day clearing up, the first rays of sun in the morning, or the last rays in the evening.
