Dicky, Andy and Vlad thank you gentlemen for the kind words it is much appreciated. Okay well now time for a long over due update on the progress of this wee beastie, I think I have it whipped into shape here. Did some weathering on it and still might have a bit to touch up on the wheels and still need to paint the mirrors. Then I started a base for it as well and need to complete that work. And one with the vehicle sitting on it. That is it for now good folks, as always comments and suggestions are welcomed. Cheers, Thom

I can't do more than a standing ovation. If there weren't the marking on the mat, I'd believed it was in 1/35. Wow

Thank you Luigi and Leon for the nice comments, I still think I need to muddy up the wheels a bit more this is the first time I have weathered a model to this level so I am still trying things out.
I will be adding more color and some vegies to the base as well to blend everything in.
Cheers, Thom

Jeff thank you sir, I find if you mix a little Miracle Grow into the white glue the bushes and grass grow better . Pete, Luigi, Leon, DickyF, Andy thank you guys for the nice comments I appreciate them, still wondering if I should not dirty up the wheels a little more opinions anyone? Looking forward to the Braille scale GB starting in June as I really enjoyed being part of this one. Cheers, Thom

Hi Thom, I don't think you should dirty the wheels. It's running on grass, so it shouldn't get too dirty. BTW, if you have noticed lot less traffic round here, it's just because we are moving to a new home: myhobbyinfo.com/forum/index.php

About the wheels, glad you brought this up. To me it looks half clean and half dirty... it doesn't bother me but I don't know about the judges... they can be so funny sometimes. One of my builds did great at a show but didn't do very well at ANOTHER show. LOL
