Vlad, guns up! Love it. Cool little kit and a bit of history I didn't pay that much attention to until now.

Great job, Vlad. All those small details bring it to life, outstanding. Re the storage, have you tried watching Value gear's website? Yes indeed I have just waiting for some funds to purchase some but I wants em all and its too hard to choose, an now Steve has done some 72nd packs too

Robbo, quite simply tissue paper, the brush I used for the PVA glue had some brown paint in the bristles and tainted the glue, just cut a piece roughly to size and then loaded it with glue to give some texture and the appearance of wear.

I'm building the same kit. Started a few weeks ago but I have had to put modeling to one side for the time being. I will be watching your build for reference, it's looking very good so far...cheers....kenny Glad to have you along Kenny, its a fun little project, check back at the start for some good reference shots of the real things, it looks like Italeri, and indeed the new Dragon kit need some work to get details right! but then the pictures do show they were all adapted and individual so anything goes

Luckily no webbed feet, and not in one of the flood zones either so lucky on both counts lol Had a productive afternoon, got stuff done, feeling smug First off the spare wheel I want to mount on the bonnet needed some way of being held in place, scrap PE and a few PE straps came to the rescue... Foraged through my spares an found a handful of bits n bobs to clutter this lil bad boy. Next up, AB time, I have started recently of using panzer grey as a neutral base And whilst the paint was drying, dug out a base! This little beauty is from Steve Reid and the Celticworks house, check em out they are beautiful. Then it was out with the Lifecolour UA 221 Khaki Olive Drab There should just be enough room for 3 figures to set a scene.

Mucho Grassy arse gentlemens My little boy was asleep for most of the afternoon so AB work went out the window....... but never fear a fall back plan is near! in the form of detail painting. A quiet afternoon just gently strolling through many shades of OD and khaki...... I also happened across a new technique for painting glass bottles, this took the form of AK interactive slimy grime dark, with a coat of slimey grime light ovr the top, looks like a dark green wine bottle!!! needs maybe a gloss coat to give it the lustre but by crikey I like it! The colours used are a mix of vallejo and lifecolour. The Vickers K GO's are painted with humbrol metalcote, this is a paint I recently rediscovered for metal effects, highly recommended if you can find some, not sure if they still make it. but let it dry and buff to whatever sheen you like I have a few decals for the dashboard, left over from one of the new Dragon jeeps and a couple of colours left to add an then its onto the fun stuff, weathering Looks like fiddling with me box of imps is starting to pay off, little too much white balance I think? but getting clearer? Thanks for looking in
