NEW! CWS004 Fountain Base with Cobblestone Street
Price: Available for $22 USD + shipping Available from Celticwerks at [a href="http://www.celticwerks.net/products/"]http://www.celticwerks.net/products/
[/a] New from Celticwerks of the USA comes this Fountain base wit cobblestone street section. This set is cast in a light gray resin with fine detail and texture. The set contains two resin pieces, the fountain and the base. The fountain has cut corners to fit into the corner of the base. The base has great cobblestone texture and a corner base in which the fountain sits. Specs: 4.25" x 5" ( 10.8cm x 12.7cm) Base, 2.75" (7cm) tall Fountain. Suitable for small tankettes or wheeled vehicles in 1/35th scale. Mastered by Frerik Noordhuis. Conclusion: This is a great little piece perfect for a small vignette with some figures, a motorbike etc. I hope to get this painted up soon and will post the pics of the painted set here in this review.

Guys, these truly are some wonderful pieces. I have this base, and it is a work of art!
I'm in the middle of painting it at the moment and its a pure joy.
Edit: Steve does the clean up work on the casting plugs, pretty much glue it together and get right to painting.

Thanks All for the great comments-
Frerik just sent me another master which I should have in a few days. It's a more modern bombed out factory wall section. He used an inspiration pic from Korea- but it will work in the Middle East, Balkans etc.

Steve, would that be for your T-34 KGB model !!
I will also get mine painted and place some scrap metal next t it...so many things one can do with this.
John, Steve has a big belt sander that does quick work of the plugs....or anything else he needs to sand down. The perfect hobby room actually

Yeah Rob- the master goes into the mold- then I will be using copy #1 for my Burnt T-34/85. I will be working on that again this weekend. I want it all done for Wings & Wheels.
