Maybe it is easier for you to use the "bookmark" feature if you really want to follow this build. That's what I do when I want to follow favorite subjects. Is this what you are talking about?

No, I know how to do that. I am talking about threads that are "trending" or are a HOT TOPIC... they need to be highlighted on the front page. Like a Top Ten hottest threads maybe? This way they don't get buried by a thread that just got refreshed. (sorry to hi-jack this thread btw) Last comment about this. I just think threads like this need more attention!!! Jeff

That's some really cool progress there Wojtek. You've definitely upped the detail level here significantly. Keep it coming!

"Hot ten" Sounds good I'm very happy when I reading Your comments. So much. Soon I upload a pictures from stage when I build a engine. It's simple steps but need a lot of patience.

It's some of the best work I have seen all year. It's making me revisit my engine and if there are some detailing I can do to it. Jeff

Jeff, if You are still interested how I do my engine its for You: Ofcourse main part is from Meng kit, I do only wires but this stage change completely how look engine now. To do wires I use diffrent radius from real wire. In place where wire change radius for bigger radius I use material which cover the wires (dont now how will be in english:), I think You now what I mean. Sometimes I use a strong but very thick brass to foul a wire and crate the biggest radius (for band for example) After all this steps engine look like this what is on photos below:

Besides the hydraulic work... how in the heck did you get those tires like that? They ARE vinyl... right? The dusting effect on the sidewalls is amazing detail! I must know how that was done! (please) I'm surprised you didn't replace those tie-rods with some kind of threaded rod as well! (just kidding) Your work is amazing for sure! Thanks! Jeff

How I do this tires?! Very simple. It was my first time when I paint tires. I left rubber becouse for me the quality was enaf good. First I paint rubber tires with primer, next I mix black colour with a little of white and paint all. Next and last step: I use drybrush. Only white colour. Very soft moves and effect You see on this picture:

Today I have bigger update. After two months of building I can show You more. Model is almost complete (building). Look at the pictures: Turret for me is a model byself. So much elements is hard to find on different tank. But when is ready looks beautifull. Dont You think so: Bokses for bullets: Back box: Last what I do was a construkcion for Shtora parts: And the machine gun: I have a problem with belt with bullets. When I change for PE elements belt dont fit. Cut, drill and looks like this: Put all elements together: Great model And small probe how will be looks Shtora lights: 95% of build complete. uff...

Hi Wojtek1984 your T90 is looking great with all that added PE. I don't know if this helps or here are a few sites that may help with reference material, T90 Main Battle Tank, ARMY LV, walk around of the tank on Prime Portal or you might find what you are looking for on one of these sites armor.kiev.ua, narod ru. One important thing to remember about the T90's gun is that the thermal shield on the gun should be offset about 5-10 degrees to the right as seen here. This might be the image your looking for. (for illustration proposes only) and try the ARMY.LV link from page 16 on wards for detail photos of the turret.
