Trying to figure out what tracks to use for the Ostwind. I know the Wirbelwind used the Panzer IV chassis but the Ostwind had its own, although it looks like the Panzer IV to me. I was going to use Friul ATL-05, anybody know if that's right?

Ostwind used a standard Pz IV chassis (vs. refurbished existing chassis used on the Wirbelwind), so no worries there provided you get the right period-type of tracks for the Ostwind production period. Not sure about the different Fruil track types for the Pz III/IV family though so can't confirm that for you.

Looking at a picture of an abandoned Ostwind I should go for the ATL-117
