Tankcarl thanks for the info.Already added mesh to the bustle racks as Tamiya didn't see fit to supply any in the kit and I have to make up a lens for the search light and periscopes.

Cool A2. I saw one at a show last month but never got back to take a good look at it, wanted to cuz they're pretty neat. Dupes, the AFV Club A1 is supposed to be really close, I'm getting anxious. And 'bone, I like the IDF Starship idea. I'm kind of noodling a "what-if" M26 with the French 105 from the M51. Sorry Leon, too much rambling, looking good! I will say the a set of AFV Club tracks will do wonders for this model, and they're only $15 or so.

Nice primer job Leon. I like the longer barrel option too. What did you use for glue Bud?
D'uh, just checked the post again, Tammy extra thin I take it?

Nice to see it with primer on. The what-if IDF option would definitely make it stand out even more Leon, go with whatever you think will work and look right in the end.

Yes! Combine IDF with "what-if", and almost everything is possible. Keep up the good work.

How are you planning on doing this Leon? I have an idea that might work.

Jeff i'm thinking about cutting the barrel off and using my Dremel to drill out the rest of the barrel. Please let me know what your idea is.I'm open to all suggestions.

That sounds like it would work. I was thinking about cutting the Barrels flush and then drilling a small hole and using something like a short piece of stiff wire and pin the longer barrel to the turret.
