Found one for a reasonable-ish price, couldn't resist sorry only in german... www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKv9lsdln7Ethat is a schooling video for german flight crew... i still remenber starfighters doing their low level flights in germany and their sonic booms... still in the lovely childhood days... :-)

Rivet counters hate everything, but what are you gonna do? Not like there's another new tool 1/32 Starfighter to choose from! It looks like a 104 to me. Detail looks pretty good, engineering looks fussy but I've heard it builds well. The decals look great but to be honest I'm not too happy about the single German option - when I think of a camo'd 104 I think of West Germany. There's an amazing decal sheet out there that lets you do literally ANY German F-104. And it's something like $65. Yeah...rivet counters gonna rivet count. It looks like a 104 to me too. Not too big in 1/32 either. I thought about getting it...not sure I want to keep adding 1/32 jets though...conundrum.

No, size wouldn't really be an issue. Guess I'm buying another kit. Sigh...

Due to the big modeling expo I finally made it to the Berliner Zinnfigurenkabinett. Their range of figures, busts and extra goodies is extremely large and well chosen. This little fella came with me and waits for some paint:

Good Day Folks! The shop tools upgrade continues! This kit has just about every Dremel attachment they offer. Bought this to replace my "generic" rotary tool. I been handing down all my old tools to my son, he's been making walking sticks, that have have carvings and wood burning on them -Steven

Half the reason I've wanted it so bad is for the Devo puns... Naturally. Seriously though, it does look to be a really nice kit from what I've seen.

Won't bore you with the gory details as you've seen all of my builds posted up here...but I did pretty well at the show in New Hampshire yesterday. Hehehe. 18 plaques total including the show theme award. I was pretty stoked! Not a huge haul from the vendors, but I got some neat stuff at dirt-cheap prices.

That is indeed a car! A rally car, but a car nonetheless. I told myself that I would enter a car category in 2016...and rally cars are about the only thing that get me excited enough to take the time to build something. We won't discuss the motorcycle kit I picked up elsewhere earlier this month. Show theme was pretty broad - "Vanquished" - any entry from the losing side of any war (I told you, pretty broad). My two day build from last weekend, the Revell 1/72 Me-262, took the honors. Don't know what made that one stand out, but I'm not going to complain! It also won first place in 72nd multi-engine jets as well as best out of box in the category. Not too shabby. Got me looking for a 2-seat variant to put next to it.
