Where to order: AK Interactive USA , Spain or your local Hobby Store  Up for review is a new book from AK Interactive in the form of a vehicle walk around, and includes a DVD-CD. If your a fan of modern vehicles of the USA this this a book for you. Looking through this book I was amazed at the quality of the images and of the areas that are of interest to us modelers. I did not look at the DVD-CD so I cannot say what the contents are at this time. The book has six (6) chapters covering all views of this vehicle, from sides and top to the interior. There is a chapter that covers the suspension and underside of the vehicle, something that is perfect for detailing this area of a model. The last chapter covers a vehicle in Afghanistan equipped with the LAST Armor RPG net. Back of the last page/ book cover.....a bonus DVD-CD  A few images of what one will find in this book.    There is a kit available through LuckModel of this vehicle, more on that later. Also AK has released a paint and weathering set for OF vehicles. review coming soon. This is a must have book for serious modern US vehicle modelers. |

jackwagon this is a great book, especially for guys like you. I'm not much into these vehicles but it would certainly tempt me to do one.
Spud not anytime soon bud.
Must say it's great to be the first in the US to get this book from AK-USA for review.

Spud as we mentioned about the MoM prizes, some of the prizes may be review items like this book, or kits opened soley for reviews. other prizes are also new and unused. I spoke to AK USA and this will be one of the items to be won in the end of the year MoM. So start building and entering the MoM if you want this one.

tell the AK Interactive folks that sending MSC a copy was money well spent.
When I see it- I will be having my own copy! That is a cool vehicle!
As soon as they start looking as Grubby as our fleet of Humvee's they will be cool modeling subjects.
