If I were you mate I'd get rid of the huge hand, takes up way to much room in the workshop, I use giant coins in my scale pics, much easier to store as they stack flat against the wall, and if your feeling lazy, they roll around into position much easier.

vindicareassassin that's one good tip my friend ! A giant coin does the trick too LOL ! I'm preparing a base for it now. I'll keep it very simple. Best regards ! AG.

Hi fellers, I did some junkyard style gardening and this is the result. The low tree in the left corner was made of seafoam branches and foliage, they were airbrushed with four tones of green. The grasses were also airbrushed in different greens and dark yellow. The old overgrown road was done with dark earth and highlighted. Best regards ! AG.

Thank you Leon, that means a lot to me fella ! 1:72 scale is a real challenge. For our TRM and all who want to give it a try... Making a small diorama is not always as difficult as you might think. Very suitable products are available and not expensive. First the base was made of a plaster mixture (beach sand, water and wood glue). I added structure by dabbing an old brush onto the mixture, then I flattened the area for the truck (four wheels on the ground !). After drying I sprayed on some earth colors. I then applied thinned down wood glue. Once you have attached these materials to the ground work, the fun can start. It's important to make the grass fibres look less synthetic and more realistic by airbrushing on matt natural colors, the same must be done to the small vegetation. Best regards ! AG.
