Many thanks lads , only ever seen this camo on a half track so decided to put it on a panzer instead Decals and detail painting are done ...weathering tomorrow !!!

That Pz III is stunning fella and i love that scheme on the Pz IV as well.......top work as per usual Deano , ya getting quite good at this 1/72 stuff LMFAO .......seriously dam good mate

Made my mind up now for me, I was umming and ahhing over a hard edge dark and light grey camo on the E-25 panzer when its next back on the bench.
So come on spill the beans, soft edge masking or free hand??

Not tried brush painting a model in this scale yet , not sure I fancy it ?

To be fair I'm the opposite to you, in that I've never tried the blu-tac mask method in this scale, now I've seen it give good results I may have a play.
Give 'ye old furry stick' a go mate, the results can be quite good, I did the E-25 Jagdpanzer with the IR kits "octopus" camo by brush and it was fine, airbrushed the base yellow though.
I'd recommend brush painting on larger, slab sided type vehicles though, as getting a brush into, around and under some of the areas on some vehicles in this scale can be a bit of a ball ache to be fair
