Afternoon fellas! Just finished assembling the track links for the sprockets.Going to let these cure for an hour or so before I remove them.So far thinks are going smoothly even though I glued the hulls together. I still should be able to slip the top run over the return rollers when the time comes for final gluing.I'll post pics later on.

Hi! That's good - the main thing is not to hurry! I do not know whether specified in the instructions, and do not fully read your posts, but this situation slacker (at ground level) - to fire the gun. Which option you choose?

Thank you Serzh! Nice catch there. I should have mentioned that the instructions give you the option of firing or travel mode. I'm setting it at ground level as I want the gun firing.

I am glad you are going for the firing position... the lowered wheels look just too cool!

Agree with the lads - firing position is way cool. If you haven't glued the return rollers together yet, it might be easier to get the tracks on if you glue the inside half of the roller to the hull, fit the track and then glue the outside half of the return roller on.

Andy, glad you like it so far! Dierk thank you! The return rollers aren't glued on yet and they are one piece.I have another idea that will work also.Similar to your suggestion.

Looking splendid Leon! Mean so to be Green machine! I suppose a little white glue would keep the returns in check until finished with the track and the work them back and forth a little, they should come right off.

Thank you Todd! I was thinking about white glue also. Think i'll try one return roller tonight as see how it comes off in the morning. Then proceed from there.

I have had some luck with CA as well. A tiny spec is enough to hold it and CA only makes a surface bond and will pop off too. Just another choice for ya!
