Actually yeah, come to think of it, their KV-1 was the only one that I could describe with a clean conscience as shake and bake - I was hoping for your sake that this was similar...oh well, in that case I offer my condolences
i.gifer.com/6gG.gif You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.
Evening guys, made some small progress today.Gun breach glued to gun and started on the gun mount and loader assembly. One side of the mount was left free for painting and getting the gun in after. My only dilemma now is to figure out how much more assembly I can do before it's to difficult to paint.Still have 8 more steps of parts to go on.
With something that has this many small parts, it's always a little bit of a guessing game as to how far is far enough between assembly and paint. The trick is if you can still get at stuff either with an airbrush or a regular brush before/after. You've got a 50/50 shot either way!
Evening guys, finally got all the gun assemblys glued up and ready for primer and paint as soon as the new AB arrives. The barrel alone is a whopping 10 inches long. Time to start working on the hull.Hope you like the progress.
