Thanks very much Mark and Martyn, glad ya made it in the end Mart ;D................. Just a couple of pics to show i`ve started adding some of the oil, brake and general lines to the engine, i`ve got a few good pics of the orange pipes in use on the real thing.......................but like all good pics................they ain`t quite good enough , reason being is some of the important destinations for the terminations of the pipework got out of shot!!!!!!!!!!!!.................so i`m doing the main ones and using a minor bit of artistic licence There is still a few to add yet and different colours will add to the effect and break up the monotony of the Orange.................although on the real deal they are all virtually that colour!! Anyway.................progress so far!! Thanks for looking chaps

What can i say fellas apart from i`m humbled by the great comments ;D................appologies for the late reply but i`m slowing on this a bit due to soudcing /scavanging bits here and there for the detail stuff................it`s taking a little while to get apprpriate sizes and stuff............. Here`s a few more pics of some stuff finished.............mainly more decs have been added on the front skirt, the drivers names and the PITA one which has to be cut and shaped as half of it goes across the rear removable body section ...................there is also the large black No to be added which has to be cut and shaped as well...................and then the same has to be done the other side The front lights are in but still need the glazing for them..............since taking these pics the front screen and wiper are also fitted now, the rear end lenses painted and some small bits on the boot lid itself (gawd knows what they are ) The reason for this pic is because i have added a small round disc with a view to making the air intakes for the rear brakes, they need too look like the tops of the two turbo/air intakes but whitout the bulbous bit at the bottom..............and at the mo that washer size is just too big to go there, i need to move it further back into the `V` of the rear suspension arm...................once the body goes on the washer stops it!!! Need too source something similar but smaller!! Thanks as always fellas ;D

Sorry for the 8 mth delay in replying fellas , bit late i know but thank ya kindly Well being as i can`t chuck some glue at me next car build until next Fri i thought i would try and get some mojovation back............i tried some armour but that didn`t work, can`t do any wingy stuff at the mo so i thought i would finish this one off!! I left this because there was a coupla awkward decs to deal with and lots of little ancillary bits to do.......but, i`m pleased to say the vehicle is now finished............will make up a similar base as the Porsche eventually. The dec issue was the fact the side mounted 21`s and the backing ones have to be layered over both the body and the removable rear hood..........first side i made a mistake during the cutting and didn`t allow for over hang.......which in turn left one half smaller than the other, i rectified this and it looks fine from a distance...............the other side i did in one hit by keeping the rear hood in place and soaked the join line with `Sol` and then cut it, this was done with the white back and the No 21, the remaining rear decs have been applied and these also needed a lot of teasing into place, the dec curves around the odd shaped rear wing and also into the rear lower louvers.............lenses added, mirrors, Ariel, roof light, wheels............etc!! First few pics with rear hood off...... And a few with the hood on.......... An earlier pic of the engine thru the hood.. Once a base is sorted i`ll sort some decent pics for me gallery...........thanks all!!
