I recently moved back to North Carolina. Any clubs or shows going on in the Cary area? Any help would be great.
Thanks
Bob

I'm not familiar with any club in the local area...maybe take a look at the IPMS and AMPS websites, there should be a listing. With any luck, maybe one of the guys here knows of some close to there. As for bigger shows, both the IPMS and AMPS Nationals are in Columbia and Sumpter South Carolina this year. Might be worth the 3 to 4 hour ride to check it out.

I recently moved back to North Carolina. Any clubs or shows going on in the Cary area? Any help would be great. Thanks Bob In Raleigh, you have the IPMS Eagle Squadron Club - Here's a link: www.ipmseaglesquadron.org I've heard that they may be sponsoring a show again this year, but haven't seen anything on it yet. There's a major show in Richmond Va next month (less than 3 hrs from you). For more info: www.ipmsrichmond.org/contest.htmlWe've got two great independent Hobby stores here in Fayetteville - Hayes Hobby House (plastic kits, trains, and flying models) and The Hobbit (plastic kits and gaming stuff). I feel Hayes is the better of the two, but either one beats what you have in your area. We've also got an IPMS club and small AMPS chapter here. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
