Last night work started on the Scout. Going for somthing like this but with a slightly faster / in pursuit feel...and banking left. This is a MAJOR challenge...here's to trying!

Thanks guys. Gotta say, this isn't exactly a place of confidence, but one step at a time right? Here's tonight progress. Super Sculpy to start to flesh this out a bit and I've decided to go with the kit boots.

Thanks friends! I appreciate the encouragement butt I can't seem to stop LOLing as I get ready to post these pics. LOL. OK, so I watched several sculpting videos on whoTube? and noted that the guys that rock it always work from anatomy. Bones, muscles, skin, clothes etc... So I printed out a couple human muscle reference pics and tried to add some muscle groups. Here are some pics. Ok, so now that you've had a good chuckle here he is on the bike with some kit armor thrown on to help you visualize...lol. He's not really seated...kinda standing...not awesome but too late to turn the other cheek now.

Thanks Dicky. Lots left to do. Last night I started working on adding a tread to the boots. Not finished but one more session and they should be done.

A) The bike looks AWESOME. Forgive me for "borrowing" some pics for future reference!
B) Sculpting your own figs? Ridiculous, ballsy...and looking amazing. Wow.

I'm just starting to recognize people's names here on the forum...didn't realize you were the AT-AT guy too (not to mention the technical dio)! Keep up the sweet Star Wars builds, my friend!

Thanks Todd. OK, time to wrap this up...well get back towards wrapping it up. My sculpt ended up being too large, and too heavy so I've scrapped it. Learned alot though. I'm going with the kit figure now, but saved the boots. I added detail to the backpack: And reworked the helmet a bit (kit stock on left, mine on right) Made a blaster: As for the bedroll. This is a white Tshirt stained in tea, then coffee. I need to find a really sharp pair of scissors to trim the edge. What do you think of the texture scale? I'm not sold entirely. Thanks for reading!

Thanks Dicky. The blaster doesn't have a trigger actually. It's only held by 2 fingers and is just a squeeze sensor.

Pure work of art. I'm jealous that I cannot even come with a 1000ft of your experience. I just love that bike. I am about to try the AT-AT. So we'll see how far I get. Great job again.

Wow, thanks guys. You're much too kind.
Keep in mind I didn't scuplt all of this from scratch, torso and upper legs are kit, and helmet is modified kit.
Appreciate it though. More pics later tonight.
