Brilliant!!
I'd not heard of this tank before so had to look it up. It's an interesting idea and an odd looking tank.
Are you going to make it with the pontoons in place or will you be able to take them off?

Thank you Andrew! The tank will be with pontoons. Rear one is fixed because of the cables from hull to wheel control system. Promo photo. Front one is removable.

Another great update Artem! Just got a magazine with someone 'building' it. He claimed that it's such a great kit, it needs hardly any changes, and spent the rest of the article describing how he painted it... Just goes to prove you can't believe everything you read

Bill,Dierk thank you! Dierk this is very funny, especially when I look at the filled by putty great wholes between big details. I have seen only 4 or five models of the Ka-Mi in the net. Not very good result for interesting and rare model I think. And of course all of them have been built OOTB.

I can make different style welds by this technology. All the photos not at my home. I have a thread on a Russian forum but I don't know could I post a link on it here.

Hi Andrew! Indeed. Fishing stores has many things that we can use in our hobby! Sometimes I go the just for watch for something interesting. I'll continue. Turret interior. Cyberhobby has given us some details, but not necessary amount. I have made some details by myself. I've decided to make turret ammo shelf. I've seen only one photo of it. Here it is. Building stages. There are no Japanese ammo in the kit, and I didn't found any brass variats. So I've used 37mm Pak 36 ammo. Dimensions. 10 kopeek on 2,5mm less in diameter than 1 US cent.

I'm beginning to feel very inferior.... See,..... This is why I stick to Braille scale, I know I'd be doing the same thing to every vehicle I built if I was to play with big scale

Leon,Dierk,Andrew thank you! I am fond of scratching models Now I am waiting for the tracks on Ka-Mi. As it turned out Ka-Mi track link consist of two types tracks. Every seventh track in the chain was forced. Photo was taken on Tiger's corner forum. So I am waiting when this track will be ready, one my mate promised me to make them in resin. Now all works on Ka-Mi are stopped.

Are you sure you're Russian? I would consider a statement like "I am fond of scratching models" a typically British understatement

I would consider a statement like "I am fond of scratching models" a typically British understatement Perhaps us Brits should adopt Artem as an honourary Brit, in honour of Artem's use of the word 'fond'..... Seriously though Artem, that really is some great looking work. Any idea how long the tracks will take.
