John, Bill... thanks guys. That light at the end of the tunnel is gettin' brighter. A day for the decal to really set up and some clear coat to seal it all. I'll be detailing the LG in between.

Thanks a lot guys.
John, I think I gonna leave it clean. Needless to say I've look and a gazillion photos of this thing and1 thing I noticed is that all look pretty nice. Maybe cuz they're still in he midst of the re-paint so they are still clean. Still not decided yet. If any it will be very light.

They wont spin in normal law. They wont even stall unless you switch off a couple of computers.

Very cool! Although I never got that thing about turning off electronic devices - if they were that dangerous, people wouldn't bother smuggling explosives onboard, they'd just turn on their mobile/cell phone/mp3/computer?

Thanks Andy. In this case it's all about that tail. Thanks wouter. I tied to do of the piping and brakes line but I think the scale is starting to get beyond me. Thanks dierk. I've heard that that is either not as true as it may have once been and there really is no reason we can't do that now. Dunno. But what I do know is how much it will suck being on a transcontinental flight stuck next to a donkey braying into his phone the whole flight.

Looks like a successful rotation off the runway Marc! Very cool! Although I never got that thing about turning off electronic devices - if they were that dangerous, people wouldn't bother smuggling explosives onboard, they'd just turn on their mobile/cell phone/mp3/computer? It's a holdover from earlier days when electronics were more susceptible to emp or emi interference. One person using something was never a big deal, but having a plane full of people all doing it would be. There's also the issue of people having stuff out during take off and landing, the two most dangerous points for accidents in the flight. Those operating electronics could become projectiles, prevent or slow cabin evacuation, etc. These days the restrictions are more habit than necessary.

Those are wild!
The model needs to be on the stand, though. Just setting on its gear, it's far too tall with the struts, "Weight off wheels".

Thanks fellas John, if I had 1/2 a brain I could made the 2 sets of LG removable for in flight and on the ground modes. So it's weird that I didn't do that since lately I feel like I only have 1/2 a brain left.
