Dierk if I correctly remember, a cross at Vikings had no that value which he has now. It was an ornament... Nicolae I superficially study material on a figure. Generally on Internet materials. I use books a little. For example, Ewart Oakeshott "The archeaelogy of weapons.". This figure is very similar to the Viking Ragnar from series 'Viking'. Andy You can is even better to make. But, it is better to begin with a sword and a helmet.
