Anyone ever use any of the Master Airbrush set-ups from Amazon.

Hadn't heard of them before so I took a look on Amazon. They look like they've got some good package deals in terms of the compressor combos for sale there. Can't say anything about the quality or durability of the brush itself though.

Just considering a move up from the ol paintbrush. I already have one of the old Testors airbrushes, but I do not know what the quality and durability is on that either.

If so, that's what I use for all my work and have been very happy with it as a go-to brand over the years. I currently have their metal-body double-action variant as my main workhorse with one of the resin/plastic body models as a back-up.

Says "Model Master " on the carry case. Part #50601 Yep, that's one of the cheaper 'Aztek' models. It's very user-friendly, just be sure to get a good set of the tips (I recommend the gray and tan (for fine work) and the yellow and orange (for broad work) tips as those are the ones that are the 'workhorse' tips) so you can get the most out of it. You may also find that the paint cup that comes with the 50601 is too small by itself depending on what you tend to use it for. I've used both the resin body and metal body versions for years and love it. This is the set I have as my 'main' airbrush at the moment:
