26. The overall look, so far on this pod. I think it is starting to look descent enough. Still contemplating the components surrounding the seating compartment. We'll see if I will use both or one or just leave it off entirely.

This is a complex build and you're getting it done very quickly.
In the end, what scale will it be?

26. The painting is done on the area surrounding the intakes. Will be doing some dry-brushing later on them.

This project looks like planned to the last rivet! Do you make some sketches or plans before starting such a complex scratch? Or do you build up "into the blue"?? I mean, it all looks like designed exactly the way it should look like, has a bit that "classic" STAR WARS feeling (might be the colour, reminds me on a A-Wing Fighter!) This is of cause for all of your scratch build projects you have shown here, absolute brilliant work so far!

I just build and add as I go along. I am glad you like the results so far. It is almost at completion. I need to wait until Monday to go buy a part I need to help complete the build. So I can't wait. I appreciate your support by your encouraging words.

Looks GREAT! I had considered scratching some pods to go along with the AMT kit of Anakin's vehicle, but there's no way I'd pull off stuff as good as this. Can't wait for more!

30. The cable attachments. I had the choice of two. The first one and the second version. I choose the second alternative just beacuse of the way it looked. Alternative 1. Alternative 2. Alternative two mounted together and base painted. Will dry brush it before mounting it to the Electro attachments. The cable will not be glued as I want make any changes if I am not 100% satisfied with the look after mounting it. So there are mount holes at each end that will make it possible to just shove the cable in the and out it the need arises. This is one of the main reasons I chose to use lead soldering thread as the cable. It makes it possible to pose the cable exactly the way I want it without any movement.
