This was a quick fire GB to build like it's the 1970's! No, PE, resin, aftermarket, turned barrels or hornet heads. The commander is the original figure, just a little sculpting and paint. She will be appearing on E-bay shortly to raise a donation for a small community forum. this is where it all started The final "beauty shots" Loved it and it has been a real motivator to get more kits finished, and some figures too. A T 34 and soldering, Pak 35, Sd Kfz 7 & Pak 43 and Adler 13 & Sd Kfz 232 6-rad await my return Hope you like it Regards Steve H

All your work in painting Hornet figures has paid off in rendering Tamiya.
The tank ain't bad either. The rubber tracks on German vehicles are particularly hard to make right. That was not an easy fix.

Wow, what painting can do to a kit! Have to remind myself over and over again not be such an AM victim and focus more on paint finishing techniques. It got worse the last five years. Though I love beefing something up, especially an oldie!

Amazing how painting can transform old kit into a museum quality piece of work!
