For years I looked for a figure that fits one of my very favourite movies. Halycon kits are hard to get, and I was very happy to get one of the nocturna model kits when I visited the local big toy fair here in Leipzig (beneath Nuremberg toy fair one of the biggest here in Germany). The figure and its base were primed in black - the Alien was painted in Vallejo metallics, including several washings and some clear paint here and there (especially head & teeth). Some acid spots and letters in bright green - done. Enjoy.

Tobias, its really worth its money. Everything fits like it should - the only change I made was the surface of the ship (?) where its hanging. Putty worked perfect to get the seams closed -the wall comes in 2 pieces - and make it a bit rougher at the same time. Berliner Zinnfiguren sells it for example.

Nice work Lucas. I like your green " splat " on the base. Did you find Vallejo metallics good ?. I have brought some but not had an opportunity to use them yet.

They are perfect! I made a natural metal Bf 109 recently, and the metal look is perfect. Theyre made for airbrushing, but when you use a cloth for example and let them "bleed out" you have a thicker color - perfect for drybrushing and decent effects.
