Just starting to get movement in my fingers. Right hand is still numb (virtually no feeling). Have tried to use a half dozen air brushes, and I'm getting better but can't paint yet. (can really do squiggly camo<G>) I don't know if you knew about the hard fall I took last July, and should have led with this. The new exercises I'm doing seem to work, so we'll see how I look in a month to six weeks. I want to build a Sherman Calliope soon. (Asuka M4 with Verlinden parts or at least use the Italeri parts) I take your reply as a compliment, and trust me I'm not in your league of skills. Still I think we ought to think about a Sherman group build this Spring. gary

I understand what you are dealing with. In July I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel in my left arm. Cubital tunnel involves the nerves in the elbow. If it keep the arm straight, the tingling and numbness is mild, however, if I have it bent a lot, that sucker is numb for hours. Get well soon, Joel.

A Sherman GB always sounds good to me. I'm looking forward to it. I fell while out fishing. Really wasn't much of a fall, and got up laughing. Next day was another story. Anyway today is a great day. Middle finger is still numb along with the index finger, but at least they move about 80%. Tomorrow maybe different, as it changes day to day. Good part is that I have not had a muscle spasm in my right bicep in the last three or four days. That's a very good sign. I cannot use an airbrush! The pistol grip one's work better for me, but the issue is the index finger. Then I have a control issue. Still I could probably use one this afternoon. Like I said a few months back. Six months to thirty months (doctor). I know that if I can't cast a fly rod this spring; I might as well jump off a bridge! (fly fishing only follows sex) I picked up an Asuka M4 last night, and it's the starting piece of my Sherman Calliope build. Really don't want to use the Italeri parts, and I'm searching for the Verlinden kit (need two). On the otherhand I have a couple of late Dragon kits I may go with (M4a3 105 and the M4a3e2 heavy armor) to do a Sherman build. Still you guys will die when you see what I have in the pipe line. Just miss placed my data. gary

That's looking really really good. I can't wait to see the finished results.
I hope you don't mind me copying some of the things you are doing on my build. Your work on this has been a real inspiration for me.

Did the trophy trout pull you out of your waders? ;<) Talk more soon, Joel. actually it was bass. Was getting strikes from some big (I mean really big)fish. Was using a small nymph on a seven to eight weight Loomis rod that has been up lined to ten weight. That rod really takes it's toll out on your back and shoulder, but it will cast 90 feet if I do my part. Funny thing is that it won't cast seven weight line at all, and struggles with eight weight line. I get a hook up, and that fish is coming to me! Also a great carp rod! My girl friend will tell you that when I go out the door to go fishing; she may not see me for a week. Or I'll be back in three hours. I've started fishing in New Mexico, and finished out in North Dakota. (via Montana). Gloria just laughs, and feeds the cats. She tells me she worries when I'm way up north (bears), but I assure her the .450 Marlin is more than enough to make the odds even. Guess I have evolved into a trout bum! gary
