Which Photo Etch Bending tool do you use?
Why do you like or dislike it?
If you were in the market for one today, would you rebuy the one you have or get something different?

I use the RP Tools 8cm long tool! Great for small PE and the top plate can be turned around to bend up to 3 inch long PE.

I'm cheap! I use a straight edge razor blade and a steel straightedge/ruler/scale. I have one of the "Hold N Fold" small "4 way" benders for small repetitive items. Personally I try nor to use p/e because when I'm done it looks like a superglue blob Joel.

I have a Bug and I really like it for small stuff, but I'm thinking about getting something longer mainly for bending fenders.
I am considering the Small Shop's 5.5" or 8" Hold and Fold. I have a couple of the other tools by Small Shop and really like the quality, so I probably lean towards them. Leon's RP Tools makes several longer models as well at a bit lower price than the Small Shops offerings. I haven't found many reviews of their products.
I guess at some level price isn't a factor as my philosophy on any tool purchase is to buy the best that I can afford. I'd rather spend a little more for a quality tool that lasts a lifetime than buy one or more cheap tools that I ultimately wish I hadn't bought.

I agree... the Bug is perfect for small PE jobs especially clasps and stuff. Be sure to let me know if you are happy with your next bending tool because I think I need to get one myself.

I made my own set of CA applicators out of some small pieces of dowel and some larger needles that I cut across the middle of the eye. They work really well for getting a small drop of CA where you want it. If anyone is interested I'll post some pictures.
