Hi again. I picked this up at a LHS last year honestly because it was a good price. Now I'm wondering how I can use it. What part of France would this be appropriate architecture for? I've never been, but I have to imagine building styles in Normandy are pretty different then those in say Strasbourg or Dunkirk. Would it possibly be appropriate for a Belgian scene? Thanks once again for your help. Jeff

Jeff, all I'm getting the "X in a red box" icon instead of a photo. Could you try again please.

Shoot. I linked it straight from the miniart website. They probably didn't care for that. Hopefully this one works. Jeff

Now I want to get the same thing... thanks a bunch! I have been to France last July and I have seen plenty in and outside Normandy.

With this type of house it is quite generic so either Belgium or France is fine. Cheers, Shay

Please listen to Shay... he is a Belgian and he drinks Belgian beer for breakfast! LOL I agree with him as I have seen it pretty much in those two countries.

so for taking so long to get back, but thanks to everyone for the help. I'm Canadian, but have to head into Detroit for work related stuff a few times a month. To me at least it seems better then it used to be (especially right downtown), but I've seen some weird stuff in that city. In August there were some highways flooded and I had to use access roads to get to my meeting. In a residential neighbourhood I saw a pack of 5 wild mutts of different shapes and sizes take down a rabbit. Middle of the road, 100M from a 7/11. Had a very Mad Max vibe to it. Jeff

As a truck driver, made a delivery in Chicago ONCE, which was enough for me. Why? Wasn't worried about the neighborhood, but it was the bridges that I had to go under....and NONE of those 2 were marked with clearance heights! Going down a 4 lane road (2 lanes per each direction) and people would simply stop their cars in the far right hand lane and run into a store for groceries or what ever. I always stay in the right hand lane to give everyone room to get by me. Eventually I got around the car and able to see other truck drivers going under the bridges with no problem. Was using a car gps as I had just started driving and not knowing the real difference between a car and truck GPS. First it wanted me to take a right, but there were those over head subway tracks and not wasn't sure if there was enough room to make a right turn. Then I was to go down some neighborhood street with cars parked on both sides of the street. If I had done that, I'd of taken up the entire street. Instead, kept going until I hit a big intersection to make my turn. As to Detroit for what it is today, Googled photos of it and got a lot of great ideas to use in my zombie/apocalypse dioramas.
