Looking good there PJ! I was originally going to say "nice rear-end"...but you probably already knew that! Suspension parts look to be falling together too...keep up the fine work! As for the part about it being quiet around here...I know I have been splitting my time between work and actually trying to build a couple things. My thought of keeping the PC just out of reach, actually promotes getting some plastic glued together! Fun fun fun!

So I noticed that I show a lot of completed sub-components, BUT rarely as they're be built...so here is a peek behind the curtain so to speak.... These parts are the beginning of the track tensioners....

My sincere apologies PJ - I was under the, obviously mistaken, impression this was a modelling forum, not an orthography one. I'll just go and get me red marker pen and yes, you will regret that remark

"orthography" REALLY..........
So here is one of the few parts I knew going in would be both cool, and very challenging... Now this may or may not be the final product. It may just turnout to be a proof of concept piece BUT.... here is the Bow Ball Machine-gun mount.
It made from bits I got at a big box crafts store

Well let's not be TOO congratulatory.... MY STINKING MATH was off YET a-F-ing-gain.......... 18 sticking millimeters....Can't figure out how I made the mistake, I only checked it like a hundred times....

OOPS,Me bad! I'll just go stand in the corner. Sorry to hear about the math error. If it makes you feel any better i set one of my tool offsets on my machine at work a quarter inch to deep. Needless to say when the tool came down and hit the part it was'nt pretty.

Leon my friend, "Misery LOVES company"
Here is some work on the upper superstructure.
For those that have never worked on a build that is exclusively sheet stock. PLEASE note that warping is a huge issue. So that's why I reinforced the superstructure and "pinned" the fenders to the hull. Yes I actually drilled holes and then metal pinned the fender down so it will not warp.

Nice!! Always a good sign with the casemate coming together...even if it's for the second time! calculations are tough thing sometimes...remember, 4 out of 3 people are good at math!
