I will say this though, I am definitely excited about this build. The Ferdinand took way too LONG. This beast, by comparison is coming together nicely.

I am remembering the first time I saw an A-10.... I knew then and there that everything on the ground was inferior.........

Well, now that I've incurred the wrath of all the "wingee builders"..... Here is the last for today, (probably) the 10mm armour plate....For the record, simple looking parts like this one, are probably ten times more difficult than say the Track tensioners................

Well the .60 thousands came in today, SO here is the upper decking.... NO it's not 100 correct YET...you can see it's off a wee bit...MORE SANDING to come.

I'd say that "I'm in the zone"........ However the truth is, the components I've been working on aren't that difficult...fairly straight forward. Plus when you work part, part time it's not that hard to knock out sub-assemblies.
