Evening fellas! Good move on the barrel. Considering the time consumed trying to deseam the kit barrel, the one from RB is well worth the price.

You won't be disappointed by the Gator stuff Leon, it's a great addition to the bench tool set for sure. Barrel will be a nice touch as well.

Gator glue is good stuff,and I used the Legend set on mine,it comes our real nice.

Morning guys! Now that the Nats are over it's time to finish working on the StuG. Just got the barrel primed and redid one of the skirts in primer for a little break in color.I'll post pics shortly.

FYI, Leon, the factory barrels were done in a dark grey, heat resistant primer. I don't know if the muzzle brake came with new barrels or was shipped separately, but I would think the same primer would be used on it. It does give you the option of presenting it in dark primer (if new), or painted to match the tank (if the old one was reused on a replacement barrel).

Bob,the barrel will be painted the same color as the tank! The red primer is just for the paint to adhere to.
