I converted a DML Pz III E/F kit into a rare Panzerbefehlswagen III E. Only 45 or so were ever built and we have photos of two in North Africa. They arrived with Panzer Regiment 5 as part of the original "Afrikakorps". Scratch built the halo antenna, stowage box and moved the turret forward one scale foot. I took kit pieces and cast extras in resin for the additional hull side antenna mount and view port and pistol port covers. I used Tamiya paint mixes for RAL 8000/7008. Figures are Masterbox painted appropriately with mostly Vallejo acrylic. G

Another great looking DAK machine! My next DAK build will be an Pz IV Ausf G that I saw at the panzer museum in Germany.

Thank you sir.
I have only built three "African" Panzer IV's one D, one F-1, and an F-2. I really want another F-2 and at least two G models. The Dragon G is very hard to come by at a decent price.
I have two of the extremely complex DML Pz IV D's in the stash. I just might break one out when you start yours. We'll have dueling Panzers in the sun. LOL!
