If you want the figures separately, you could order them from Tamiya USA. Just call with the kit number and sprue part number. They will quote you a price, and if they have it in stock, takes about a week to arrive. If not in stock, they will order the sprue from Japan for you. delivery time is generally 6-8 weeks. I will have to dig out my instruction sheet to get you the sprue number. Hope this helps, Joel.
