Hi all MiniArt have sent me info on their soon to be released (hopefully) kit# 35052 Ya-12 Soviet Artillery Tractor . The YA-12 – light artillery tractor started production in August of 1943 and till the end of 1943 285 tractors were produced, and by the end of war 1666. In 1945 the Red Army had in their inventory 1270 YA-12 tractors. They were used for towing such guns as 100-mm field guns, 122-mm corps guns, 122-mm howitzers, 152-mm howitzers and 203-mm heavy howitzers. They served with the Soviet and Czechoslovak Army until the mid 1950’s. Kit features are… •Highly detailed model •All New Tooling. That tractor screams rust. It is definitely a wonderful kit and another addition to my mile long wishlist.

Man that is one cool kit. Yep, she cries to be wrecked and rusted. I can see the wood parts burnt away revieling the awesome looking chassis and motor.
have MA send one kit my way.....will wreck the $*** out of it.......LOL........wishful thinking ey.
