When you named this a lSuper Jerry” I thought it was going to be a gas can.

Very cool! On the whole I prefer the tri-tube. The box launcher looks too bulky to me.

That is cool looking! I like just the tube launchers.

Thanks all. I opted for the tri-tube launcher. I added some plumbing and scratch built rockets so the tubes aren't hollow.

Got to be SOMETHING else you can mount that box launcher on, no?

Base color paint has been applied. I first applied a flat black primer from a spray can. Over this I hand painted Vallejo Model Color acrylics. The poaint was thinned with Transparent Airbrush Extender which create the layered effect to the paint. Dupes - I'll mount the box back onto the Goblin and eventually patch it back up.

Loving it! I almost sold my only Ma.K but I changed my mind... I am glad I didn't. Have to give it a shot one day!

Thanks Leon and Andy. They are fun builds and a nice departure from fretting over little PE clasps.

I finally finished the Super Jerry. The model is built mostly out of the box with a few minor improvements. I replaced many of the molded in bolt heads with aftermarket. The missile launcher tubes were replaced with aluminum tube. I added ordinance from Wave Option bits and detailed the ends with greeblies and solder wire. The model was hand painted with Vallejo Model Color over a black primer base. I added Acrylic Airbrush Medium to the paint to increase the transparency and mimic the layering effect you get with hand painting lacquers. The model was weathered with oil paints, enamels, and dry pigments. Additional images can be found here: > HAFS Super Jerry

Hand painted, eh? That's pretty impressive. Pulled it off nicely!
