I have to go back to Joel"s question...... And really this is for all of us..... DON'T Believe the hype/BS the model companies try to push off as being "accurate".... do research beyond Wikipedia.... The are great BUT................
CASE IN POINT.... Joel this should put to bed the quest of the "step/taber... As well as the smooth bottom you see on Sdkfz's.

 First off, that's a great reference pic. Thank you for sharing. Secondly, I agree about the manufactures claims about "accurate". The kits we buy are representations. They are not 1:1 detail accurate. Have fun with whatever it is that you choose to build...hyperdetail (Yeah I'm talking to you PJ2  ) or whatever you wish to do with a kit. |

Well, it's been a week or so of fussing with the build........
I managed to start work on the launcher platform(s). I created a master and will replicate that 6 times. What you see now is the very beginning of that whole process. In the end each side will have one 32.cm Napalm, (wood crate), one 28.cm HE, (metal frame), and one unloaded, to show off the details........
The highlighted part is a template, my best guess as it were.....turned out to be almost 96% accurate LOL LOL LOL, (Repeat post, sorry)
