Interesting technique to enhance the look of the rolled steel.

The rolled steel is only Tamiya clement and Tamiya putty. After drying a little bit sanding, finished.

Nice work, Roland! You make it look easy, but you also have the unfair advantage of having three hands You should wear those gloves more often - they match the dirt under your finger nails sorry, couldn't resist

That's some excellent PE work! Some of the best I've seen.
I know all about getting filthy from work: I used to be a motorbike courier - after a day zooming around London I'd look like I just returned from a shift in a coal mine...

Thank you very much. The next step, the painting. Now it´s December 2016, at that time i saw the black and white painting. So i want to do it. After the black and white primer i use the MIG Africa set. A big mistake. The RAL 8020 is not correct. It is too green. So i must go back to the "normal" painting. And another color, AK 8020 and 7027 and the AK Africa Weathering set. And it works...... The colors First, panzergrau and RAL 8000 Next Step, the "old" number 223.

Now, the timeline.... Christmas 2016. On a Christmas basar, i found this..... A bowl for fruits, and the idea for the dio...... At the last pic, you see the old 223 under the new 823....
