Greetings all; Was at local hobby shop this weekend and in a nice corner of the store they keep the 'used' kits. Some are partially built or started. I noticed in the stack, there was a Tasca Sherman, kit # 35022. I opened it and discovered it was partially built, with a few minor errors, and it appears, the builder might have got agrivated and put it back on the shelf where it eventually ended up back in a hobby store. So anyway, I bought it, after inspection and inventory of its contents.๐For a whopping $10 + Florida state sales tax! Nice!๐ It's certainly worth saving. No major issues and I have a ton of spares if the need occurs.

Doing some research now on this M4A1 using the Son of Sherman book. The vehicle I found in the book belongs to the 5th Armored Division. Had to change out the fenders on the front. They weren't wrong just assembled incorrectly. The braces were inside out.๐ All of the rivet detail that was denoted in the instructions, was removed, for this particular variant. Thanks for looking in. Harold

What a deal! King's here in Austin used to keep consignment kits in the store and I was always grabbing up stuff for parts, but now that they're in the new, small location I think they all go to eBay. I miss that, and of course vendor tables at shows.....
