These are all damn fine models! I just dont have the ummm....nads, to try a wrecked AFV yet. It seems very difficult to achive realistic results, which you have mastered. How did you get interested in doing theses types? Gary

Thanks Gary, one word, or rather name.....Mig.
After seeing his wrecked PZ III in a steel master mag, I was hooked. Also seeing the real thing in GW1 I had a good understanding of how these could be done.

I have to ask... when was the last time you build a undamaged model? LOL

Fascinating! Simply amazing work, I just can't get over how realistic they look! I hope to achieve that level of skill, since I really like the "rusted and wrecked" stuff

Quite an evolution of talent there, Rob.
10 years you've been doing wrecks? When was the last time you did a fully functional AFV (or any kind of model, for that matter)?

Always neat to see a progression over time...and where the source of the "madness" arose from!

Impressive works, Rob! I see I got a lot to learn about construction/destruction, but I can't wait to start my first project

Outstanding... thank you so much for handing me that MSC flyer back in Auburn! One day I have to try your method destroying a perfect model kit. Actually I have couple of very old kits that I can use...
Keep it coming...

Thanks fellas, so glad to hear my work inspired you, and that you like my style.
Andy I had been following your builds on FSM bud. Was really nice to meet up with you in Auburn, too bad I was so busy helping out at the AK stand that we didn't spend more time together. I too am happy you came over to MSC bud. Older cheaper kits are the best to start with. Even if you just have a turret or hull, it's perfect to practice and get a feel for it.
Tobias, all the pics in the first post are model I did back in Germany 8-10 years ago.
