still fubar, having troubke getting from my gallery to Imgur. Created post for test. I'm gonna win this fight if I gotta cut my fingers off.

   I get the tool bar in IMGUR where the share arrow shows. Press it and I get the " copy url" prompt.
   Noticed that my images are " hidden" , when I select " make public" my image locks up and will not display tool bar nor copy/ paste to here.
   Should I un install IMGUR and start over?

Try setting your images to public, and restart the app,

Ok fellas🤔, I have installed the Imgur app for android to my phone. I go to the little person icon lowwer right and sometimes it brings my pictures up...sometimes not. I click the 3 dots top right to bring menu up and select " public" instead of " hidden" . Then I get a prompt to " upload" were I get the circle of death as it " thinks" once that is complete it says in a bubble" saved to clipboard".....no idea where it goes. IF I finally bumble onto the tool bar with the share arrow, I select copy url, get the " clipboard" thingy. When I return to here and select the " little picture" my prompt comes up and I select paste... theeeenn I swear, squint, and beg the computer gods for mercy. LOL. I have reached out to a friend here who might see something I am missing as well. Fixing airplanes was WAY easier.

Did you set a title for your upload? I've noticed that it's a little funny if you don't. Once I put a title in, the images uploaded straight away.

   Well I got a " hot link" the link is highlighted and it takes me to my picture.

I see what's going on. Press the picture a few times until the background goes black, then try copying the link. You'll notice it's completely different and does not have the /gallery/ tag in it.

This is the link you want to embed, the other one takes you to the gallery.

Are your pictures public? If they are, I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Clicking on the link shows your picture is still private, which does not allow you to share them on forums. Try switching them to public

well I'm not giving up......however my patience is about gone today. 
   I do select public, and then things get wonky, I believe it us probabmy some buried privacy setting in my phone that I am overlooking. 
   Thanks for the help Lucas, Jie, don't go to far...but tiday what littke hair I have keft needs to stay.

Don't give up Perry.  Flickr removed their mobile phone interface, so I can't post photos unless I'm on a computer.  I can upload pics from my phone, but not much else.
