I’m surprised how few decals there were. A nice clean bill that will look great in the display case. And did I miss this, what kind of putty was that you put inside the nose?

It's just white tack, the same as blue tack but less sticky

That is indeed a sharp build Ian. Your Typhoon has emerged as one sweet looking jet. Very nicely done.

Very nicely done! I was a bit thrown off seeing that you had added all the fiddly bits before gloss coat, decals, and flat coat. With my luck, those things have a habit of breaking off somewhere during that process. Kudos to you for pulling it off safely!

This turned out to be one neat and tidy build Ian!! I've got the same luck as Carlos does when it comes to adding small detail pieces and then painting it all up. I'd break every one of 'em off. lol

Beautifully done. I've done the Revell kit but not this one. They seem very close in quality

Really nice! How was the intake to build? I’ve heard that the intake area is a nightmare to build.

I really like this. I built the Revell Germany two seater A few years ago. This kit seems somewhat similar

Outstanding finish. A solid demonstration of basic construction and painting skills. It really looks good. I'm impressed with the fact that you were able to finish with all the fiddlies on. Bold move my friend. Thank You for taking us along on this fun build.
