That's going to be HUGE!!!
Are you going to do an OOB build or add some goodies to it? (are there AM goodies available for a 1/16 King Tiger?)

OOB, I bought it with an included Aber barrel and muzzle brake, I also have a build book that shows where things can be spruced up with scratchbuilding however I'm not ready to commit to that.....yet... Indy tracks. 92 per side, the went together with short metal pins and are semi workabke, I wouldn't trust them, however they do conform well and were fairly easy to do. Approx 4hrs all said and done. I also did up the spare tracks that hang on the turret. Drive sprocket and idler wheels are halves as expected. No turning back now.

Already am Tcoat, I like the Knight on one of the Henchel turrets however there are a couple interesting cam schemes for the Porche....I have myself ALMOST talked into doing Zimmeret, how hard can it be . Also considering...wait for it.....BATTLE DAMAGE!! , fenders tended to come off shortly after rolling off the train. We shall see

Also considering...wait for it.....BATTLE DAMAGE!! , fenders tended to come off shortly after rolling off the train. We shall see Well Zimmeret would be a bit easier in that scale but there is a lot of acreage to cover. There are very few pictures of these things with any fenders at all much less all of them.

The kit comes with a fret of zimmeret tools, one is big enough to texture my drywall LOL. I'm gonna be digging in the interwebs for pics, gotta get over the " I don't know how" syndrome....just try it might turn out OK.

Tools yes, instructions.....kinda, translation from Chinese to English gets the point across, and a sketch of using tool with putty. I have sime ideas on how to practice before buying a gallon of putty to apply.

Awesome! All I can keep thinking about is looking at the prices for 1:16 goodies and saying to myself : "Holy Hell!" This one was only $25 on Ebay and when you consider the size and shear volume of resin that is a pretty good deal. www.ebay.com/itm/194442030731

I cringed at the price too. I had been looking for a big cat to go with my Andys Tiger, most were out of stock or no interior...didn't want to pay big bucks for a simple kit.....however when this one was just waiting for a fool and his money to part I couldn't say no. Stay tuned as the hecklers are eager for me to continue ...........Gosh I love these forums.

Just an update, no pics, sorry. Soon. So spent the evening smashing road wheels together, as you can imagine in 1/16 it was similar to crushing Oreo cookies...size wise and not the tasty result... then I tackled the torsion bars, some mold line clean up but not bad. Installed floor bracing in lower hull on which the false deck sets on. Since this kit has a full interior I intend to paint as much of the insides as I can and my style of building is usually sub-assemblies, paint, install, paint to match, weather soo. Thing is HUGE. For other inquiring minds, I have desided on the Henchel version. A/M gun barrel, muzzle brake, are for that varient. No picturs it didn't happen so stand by gang, I'll get shots up soon.

Cool subject. HUGE subject to boot. Are you planning on making all the goodies visible? ie, a cutaway, or perhaps removable bits so you can really dive into all the minutia of details inside?

Planning on leaving hatches open as much as possible, as far as engine area ? not sure, may leave decks off or just put pictures beside build.
