a Lego 'Flying Dutchman"... very cool! Looks like you have quite a project on your hands ahead of you to build this thing.

I have a huge amount of lego, specifically the older technic sets. 20 years ago, I got pretty heavily into Lego Robotics and acquired a lot of sets. I built a robotic sorter that had a working conveyer belt and a color sensor that would determine the color of the bricks passing by on the conveyer and then sorted them into bins based on color. That was fun.
I still build lego occasionally, especially with the grandkids.

I love Legos, every once in awhile I'll dropp a few hundred on bricks instead if a styrene kit. Those Technic kits are almost a complwx as a Dragon or Trumpy...without the headache of ckean up or glue. Probably bookmark this so I can enjoy your build too. On my radar....the Technic Bulldozer...yeah the BIG one...someday.

Tony, i hear you on the bucks!
Marcos, it is quite a project especially with all the blocks and only pictures to assemble by!
Brian that is so cool! With the price I don't think I'll be buying to many!
Thanks Andy! Will post an update tomorrow.
Tobi, the sails are made from cloth! Will post a picture of them.
armornutii, i like the idea of no clean up and glue!
Brian, it is cool and time consuming looking for the right bricks and proper placement!
Andrew, thank you!

Joe, the parts count is 3653! It's a really nightmare now searching each bag for the parts i need and trying to interpret how they get assembled from the pictures.

I'll have to take a picture of it all built up. It took him the better part of a month to build that and he builds pretty quickly.
