Wow. So impressive. Epic build. There will be so much going on, so much to see. Your composition is impeccable. You really have a knack for detail and color. This will be an outstanding diorama when complete!

Hi Lads I must apologies and explain that last pic is of a real oldtimer pub in Berlin ,that type of decor was very popular in the day. Whew. But now I must get my things from the rubbish! this is stunning work. So we’ll done.

This is really coming together in good fashion Leo! The weathering on that half-track and boat are off the charts man. Buildings along with all of the realism that you're bringing to the table are all adding up into quite the diorama. Hat's off to you for the work that you're putting into this.

Thanks again for all your kind comments, Another two vehicles almost ready to be added the old tami kettenrad and i think the revell opel kadett , the kettenrad ive opened the fuel tanks so as to have it look like any fuel was taken from them, the opel has had two wheels and tyres removed to keep other vehicles on the road. Some barrels and bits for the pub painted got some more barrels and bottles on the way ordered. So still ploughing away wit this ,back now on getting the pub sorted ,had to redo the steps at the entrance ,and found a set a gates to put at the entrance to the courtyard /beergarden? these had to be altered in size to fit, Iam having the pub still operrational as the celler bar was never damaged up stairs getting cleared a rubble and getting ready for rebuilding . pics Thanks Lads.

Exceptional work on both the kettenrad and the Opel there Leo. I like the wood effects that you carried out on the barrels. What method did you use to achieve that look?

Lads Thank you so much for your kind words ,iwould like to explain how i the did the barrels .first a coat a tami xf 52 wit air brush all over ,then once dry with a paint brush ,dab a few areas with tami Xf 15 flesh ,not too heavy , after this a dry brush a oil paint of naples yellow , burnt sienna , black ,vandyke brown . and just play with them . then a bit of a wash of a dark color to get in to the grains in an a acrylic color ....... I have some barrels and bottles on order they are miniart items and they look great ,in the mean time i got a set a bottles but very few / any way, I made a few more bottles from the sprues some may look out a scale but once in the dio they should be ok .
